No way to put the spleen in bouillon with this recipe easy and quick to prepare! To impress your little family in two stages.

Ingredients:

  • For 4 people :
  • 4 haddock fillets
  • 1 l of milk
  • 600 g of rats
  • 20 cl of cream
  • 1 lemon
  • a few sprigs of tarragon.

Preparation:

Peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges and cook for 15 minutes in boiling salted water. • Meanwhile, pour 1 half-liter of milk in a pan with the fish fillets. After boiling, discard the milk and cook again for 5 minutes in the remaining milk. Drain the potatoes and mix them with the crème fraiche, lemon juice and tarragon. Serve with drained fish fillets.
