For 2 people
- 300 ml freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
- 100 ml of carrot juice
- 100 ml of banana juice
- 1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Mix in a metal salad bowl the grapefruit juice, the carrot juice and the banana juice. Add the pinch of nutmeg.
Put in the freezer for 4-5 hours. Stir every 30 minutes.
Serve the granita in glasses.
