- 100 g of cottage cheese
- 5 chestnuts in the natural
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 5 pieces of sugar
Crush the chestnuts into 4 or 5 pieces each.
Pour into a small saucepan with vanilla sugar and sugar cubes.
Add two glasses of water and bring to a boil.
Simmer for 20 minutes over low heat. Take the candied chestnuts out of the syrup.
Let cool and serve with the cottage cheese.
