- 125 g soft half-salt butter
- 50 g caster sugar
- 50 g of brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 175 g flour
- 1 level teaspoon of baking powder
- 100 g of white chocolate
- 50 g of pistachios
Preheat your oven to 180 ° C (tea 6). Cut the white chocolate into small pieces.
Crush the pistachios roughly.
In a bowl, mix the butter and sugars until the mixture is creamy. Add the egg and mix. Add the flour, yeast, chocolate, pistachios and mix until you get a soft dough.
Arrange 6 piles of large walnut-sized dough on a baking sheet, spacing them well.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, cookies must be blond but still very flexible.
