You will not find a better recipe for cookies to impress your gourmands. Very simple to make, these small biscuits are however very refined and absolutely divine.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g crushed hazelnuts
  • 120 g of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 220 g of flour
  • ½ sachet of baking powder
  • 75 g caster sugar
  • 100 g of brown sugar
  • 1 spoon. liquid vanilla
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation:

Melt the butter and let it cool. In a bowl, beat the egg with the sugars and vanilla.

Then add the melted butter. Mix the flour, yeast and salt. Sift them through a Chinese over the bowl.

Stir well and add the crushed hazelnuts. Make a ball, cover with transparent film and reserve in the refrigerator for one hour.

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C. Cover the oven tray with parchment paper. Take some dough with a teaspoon.

Place them on the plate spacing them. Flatten slightly the back of a tablespoon soaked in water.

Slice each batch for 10 minutes in the oven. Wait a few minutes before unmolding.
