Should your baby have a bowel movement at least once a day to avoid the risk of constipation? Is not the change of diet likely to change its transit? Test your knowledge by doing our quiz.

Question (1/7)

A baby must have a bowel movement at least once a day

That's right. It's wrong.

Reply

The physiological transit varies from one baby to another: from 3 to 4 stools per day until 1 stool every 3 days. It is not because your toddler does not bow every day that he is necessarily constipated.
