  • 100 g of chestnuts in the natural
  • 50 g diced ham
  • 1 half shallot
  • 1 C. oil soup
  • thyme
  • parsley
  • salt
  • pepper.


Peel and chop the shallot. Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the shallot and diced ham. Brown and add the chestnuts and thyme. Make return a few minutes then add a glass of water and cover. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and serve with chopped parsley.
