Cauliflower, tomato and cucumber are hidden in this vitamin recipe with pretty colors. From 18 months old.
- 100 g of cauliflower
- 1 small tomato
- 50 g of cucumber
- 3 sprigs of flat parsley
- 1 C. coffee lemon juice
- 1 C. tablespoon of olive oil
Wash the cauliflower and grate in a bowl. Wash the tomato and peel the cucumber. Cut everything into small cubes. Wash and chop the parsley. Mix the grated cabbage with the diced vegetables and parsley. Sprinkle with lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
