Endive chiffonnade with ham


An ultra easy recipe for your young gourmet from 1 year. And good for his health because endive has a good level of potassium, vitamins and antioxidants.

Ingredients:

  • 1 endive
  • 100 g of diced ham
  • 1 knob of butter
  • 1 C. honey
  • pepper
  • salt.

Preparation:

Wash the endive. Remove the damaged leaves and remove the base. Cut it into slices and fry in a pan with the butter. Add the diced ham, honey and a little water. Salt, pepper. Cover and cook for 10 min.
