Surprise buns with smoked salmon

What do these pretty buns hide under their hats? A true delight !


  • For 8 people:
  • 8 individual buns
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • 2 small pots of trout eggs
  • 100 g of butter
  • 2 tbsp. frozen dill
  • salt
  • pepper.


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (item 6). Cut the salmon into thin strips. Take off the buns' heads and gently dig the body. At the bottom of each brioche, drop a knob of butter, then break 1 egg. Add salt and pepper, add the salmon strips, bake for 10 minutes, and the buns (next). Serve hot buns decorated with trout eggs and sprinkled with dill.
