Express Recipe To impress your little family in two stages and three movements. An easy top dumpling recipe that you can also make with another meat.


  • For 4 people :
  • 600 g ground lamb (or veal, beef ...)
  • 2 onions and 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 C. capers drained and chopped
  • 1 C. sweet paprika
  • 4 c. tablespoon of olive oil
  • 6 c. semolina
  • 1 big knob of butter
  • salt
  • pepper.


In a salad bowl, cover the semolina with salted boiling water and let it swell under cover. Separately, mix the meat with garlic, onions, capers, paprika, salt, pepper. Model into meatballs. Make them come back to the oil 7 to 8 min on all their faces. Butter the semolina and serve hot with the meatballs.
