Gourmet, these donuts hide a melting chocolate heart that will delight the little Nutella lovers. An easy recipe ideal for celebrating Mardi Gras!

  • 500 g flour
  • 30 g of baker's yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g of butter
  • 3 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 20 cl of milk
  • salt
  • Nutella

Mix all the ingredients until you have a soft dough. Let it warm up for 1 hour 30 minutes.

Spread the dough on a floured surface, cut 1 cm thick discs with a glass. Put a spoon of nutella on top and put another disc on top.

Cut the two nutella stuffed discs with another smaller size glass which will allow the edge to stick and form a single disc.

Let rise 1 hour.

Dip the donuts in the hot fry. Cook 8 minutes per set of donuts.

Drain them, sprinkle with powdered sugar or icing sugar.
