- For 4 children:
- 1 melon
- 100g of flour
- 10 cl of beer
- 1 egg and 3 whites
- frying oil
- icing sugar
To prepare the dough, mix flour, beer, salt and whole egg, then let cool for 2 hours. Heat the oil to 200 ° C. Beat the egg whites and add them to the dough. Peel and seed the melon and cut the flesh into 5 mm thick slices. Prick them with a fork, dip them in the dough and throw them in the oil until they are golden brown. Place the donuts on paper towels and serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
